We often get questions from the public asking how they can help us along in our mission, here are a few things you can do:

Donate... for free!

By far the easiest way to help us out is to donate your searches! Using a cool initiative developed in collaboration with Comtribute, you can donate to us... without spending a penny. This is a great option for students or low-income households, that want to contribute but don't have the means to give an outright donation: 

  • Visit donate.makingwavescanada.org for our customized search service and make it your homepage. Every time you search from this page, you effectively donate 3 cents to Making Waves! The search provider used by this service is Google and results are identical to those obtained using www.google.com! Get your friends to use it to and help support Making Waves!

  • Download our toolbar, which includes a search bar and some other cool features to start donating money now...for free!

Private Donations

We're always looking for financial assistance, to allow us to accept more children and to broaden the scope of our programs. Thanks to donations from several private sources, we have developed some exciting new iniatives! Check out the Making Waves Canada site for more information.

If you would like to make a donation, please contact us. Donation amounts are flexible and we can provide recognition for your donation by naming a lesson in your honour.
